Needless to say, the band has nothing to do with this release and we definitely do not support it for obvious reasons. | Chaosbreed - Unleashed Carnage A new death metal band is formed named Chaosbreed and featuring Nalle Fsterman – drums (ex-Gandalf), Oppu Laine - bass (ex-Amorphis), Marko Tarvonen - guitars (Moonsorrow), Esa Holopainen - guitars (Amorphis) and Taneli Jarva - vocals (ex-Sentenced, The Black League). Recently Chaosbreed recorded a three-song demo "Unleashed Carnage", which can be downloaded from the band's website located at the following address: http://www.chaosbreed.net. Of Filth: d**nation And A DayThis cinematic opus, Cradle's best since Dusk... (for the only reason being that I am now used to the over the top pomp and purposeful aura they've invented on the last three or so albums.) begins rightly horrorific enough to keep me innarested, indeed, throughout the course of this 'epic'. Not particularily kicking out anything exceptionally mind-blowing this time 'round, yet keeping the peak high. The variety of voices are refreshing somewhat, although the high-shrieks are pointless and self-indulgent in a bad way. Dani really should think up new ways to portray the adrenaline surrounding him, instead of opting on the rhythmic equivalent of over-blanched celery; in his tired, used-up, and weak patterns. The keyboards are something to experience this time, (especially since they've used The Budapest Film Orchestra & Choir to accentuate the tunes) as in the distant wanderings of "An Enemy Lead The Tempest", which would be my pick for a fave, with its classic style and guitar tone. Overall, this is no longer the Dani Filth Show--he should quit and allow these guys to experiment without his prevailant monotony and shrieking midget antics. I say put this show on the road as a travelling freakshow/theatre ensemble, full of swinging black-clad demons and nightmarish hellions parading abnoxiously around shocking the crowd at every turn with full skits... they have the aural capacity to pull it off, much like a good opera score.... however, they need a much more authoritative frontman than Dani--he can't seem to compliment the heaviness enough anymore: the band has now, finally, exceeded him.
